German Embassy Modernization
The modernization of the German Embassy in Washington, DC, involves the renovation of the Chancery building – 53,819 square feet, the Sicherheit building – 5,381 square feet and the Chancery Annex building – 16,145 square feet. Services include reviews of the electrical distribution centers, controls and cooling tower, as well as full mechanical, electrical and plumbing and fire protection design services.

New Shaw Neighborhood Library
JVP Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the construction of this new three–story, 22,000 square foot library for the District of Columbia Public Library Commission.

DC Nationals Stadium
In 2006, final approvals were received for the construction of the publicly financed, 41,888 seat, 1.1 million square foot baseball stadium to allow the former Expos (now the Nationals) to move to DC. As a primary participant in a joint venture, JVP Engineers provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for this project.
