This project included the renovation of rooms within two of Biomedical Research Laboratory facilities on the campus of the National Institutes of Health. Mechanical work performed included a detailed survey of the existing conditions and modifications to the existing HVAC systems. Plumbing work included connections to the cap sinks, distilled water, waste and venting system, while electrical work included lighting and design for power of the modular raceways.
