JVP Engineers, P.C. provided design services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for this 30,000 square foot warehouse. These systems included domestic water distribution, storm and sanitary drainage systems, natural gas and fire protection sprinkler systems.
The mechanical systems included special conditioning requirements for various applications of the construction phase. Electrical systems included lighting, power, data, security, CTV, as well as CCTV. The fire protection designs included sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
Because the MEP systems designed for this project involved light pollution reduction, water use reduction as well as energy reduction for all building equipment installed, this facility has been granted a LEED Gold Certification under the guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council.
