Mr. Pedraza has spent the majority of his life in the Washington Metropolitan Area. After graduating from Bishop Ireton College Preparatory High School in Alexandria, VA, Mr. Pedraza attended Pennsylvania State University, The Behrend College, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1992. Since that time, Mr. Pedraza has served as a Principal of JVP Engineers, P.C., overseeing the administrative, marketing, financial, and overall business aspects of the firm. In addition, Mr. Pedraza has served as the Principal-in-Charge of several Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for federal and local government agencies and he provides overall project management guidance to the younger staff of the firm.

With project management experience totaling over 25 years, Mr. Pedraza has been involved in manpower planning, budgetary cost control, scheduling, coordination of various disciplines, quality control review and overall administration and oversight for various contracts.

Throughout the 25 years Mr. Pedraza has been with JVP, he has led various teams of engineers and architects in the successful completion of architectural/engineering designs. His extensive experience with the General Services Administration, the Social Security Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the Army Corps of Engineers, and host of other federal agencies, has secured JVP a solid reputation for providing quality engineering designs for the federal government.
In his spare time (which isn’t much these days) Mr. Pedraza loves playing golf, soccer, sitting on the beach and spending time with his wife and two sons.
